What should you do if the ink freezes? Naturally thawed indoors, does not affect normal use

What should you do with ink block head? Check the printing nozzles, and use the cleaning solution to clean the print head (if the problem cannot be solved, please contact our technology, or you can take it to a professional maintenance location for maintenance)

How long is the shelf life of dye ink? Shelf life is 2 years (it is recommended to use it within 6 months after opening)

Does the dye ink could be printed photos? Yes, but the dye ink is not resistant to ultraviolet light and is easy to fade. It is recommended that the film be stored for a longer time.

Can the label be customized? We can customize labels and provide labeling services. Custom labels are generally available for up to 500 of each color.
